摘要: A fine structure study of spermatids and spermatozoa the spider, Pisaurina sp. demonstrates that early spermiogenesis is similar to other flagellate spermatozoa. An acrosome forms from a Golgi-derived, acrosomal vesicle, perforatorium indents acromosome nucleus, flagellum with three-plus-nine tubule substructure formed nuclear chromatin condenses during spermiogenesis. Divergence typical includes presence three-tubule central flagellar shaft, progressive rounding-up late concomitant incorporation previously flagellum. This evidence presented in terms its possible functional significance fertilization gamete fusion spiders.
