摘要: Spermatids of the Phalangida, Leiobunum sp., contain Golgi bodies, granular endoplasmic reticulum and centrioles. are initially spheroid, but become cup-shaped during spermiogenesis. The nucleus undergoes invagination one surface spermiogenesis resulting in engulfment electron opaque granules centrioles by nucleus. Centrioles loose their morphological identity late spermatids. Inner outer nuclear membranes fuse to form a pentalaminar membrane. A membranous organelle, derived from membrane, is situated at pole Mitochondria, lateral organelle early spermatids, incorporated into Mature spermatozoa curved, disk-shaped cells. This data discussed terms possible functional significance this unusual spermatozoon packaging.
