摘要: The fine structure of spermatids and spermatozoa the soil mite Caloglyphus anomalus was observed. Early contain mitochondria, Golgi complexes, endoplasmic reticulum, free ribosomes. During spermiogenesis chromatin condenses into 200–300 A thick threads, nuclear membrane disappears a highly folded surface forms as an reticulum and/or complex derivative. In late inner portions folds sink cytoplasm are found in mature sheets situated concentric whorls around threads. These observations compared to previous studies on grain wherein similar nucleocytoplasmic mixing internalized formations occur efforts demonstrate its possible significance these unusual type spermatozoa. Assuming that not degenerative or otherwise nonfunctional, this is another example nonflagellate closely related arachnids crustacea.
