Ultrastructural analysis of spermiogenesis in Admetus pomilio (Arachnida, amblypygi).

摘要: The mature spermatozoon of Admetus pomilio is a spherical cell containing nucleus and tightly coiled flagellum. In early spermatids the Golgi apparatus forms acrosomal vesicle at opposite side distal centriole gives rise to axonemal complex sperm tail. As elongates, chromatin twisted filaments spermatid takes on helical form. Microtubules are juxtaposed with envelope, which separated from central mass by an electron lucid region. A long perforatorium, located border mass, runs helically in centriolar region subacrosomal space. During tail elongation, anterior part axoneme surrounded long, spiral mitochondrial sheath. late spermatid, appear become aggregated. flagellum undergo further contortions coils winds up into body regular fashion. sheath surrounds about 2/3 9 + 3 axoneme. These features ultrastructure resemble those primitive Liphistiomorpha.
