摘要: We report the effect of superconductivity on characteristics a YBa2Cu3O7−δ/0.7 wt% Nb-doped SrTiO3 heterojunction. This junction shows good rectifying property in current–voltage (I–V) characteristics. With superconducting transition, temperature dependence resistance decrease and diffusion voltage has flat step. The capacitance loss show jumps at transition (Tc) these can be suppressed by magnetic field. In addition, with an increase measuring frequency, decreases Tc increase. Analysis I–V curves suggests existence inhomogeneity heterojunction, which account for work is helpful understanding superconductor heterojunctions.
