摘要: In vitro germinated seedlings of Cymodocea nodosa were used as a source young embryonic tissue for cell culture. Histological study the cotyledon revealed presence meristematic that gave rise to first leaf plantlet, which released large numbers cells after enzymatic digestion and thus indicated great growth potential. An effective enzy- matic protocol C. meristem was developed; this consisted 24-h period at 28 ° C using 0.6- " solution (plasmolysis medium containing 1 % (w:v) cellulase hemicel- lulase). It necessary add citric acid (0.02 an antioxidant obtain highest yield viability (mean ± SE: 371.6 30.1 ! 10 5 g -1 fw 97.8 0.6 , respectively). Nevertheless, maintained 90 days, even without hormones deprived salts, although these salts might be allow development morphogenetic programmes desired plant production. manner, we generated basic tool future culture will maintenance hormone- autonomous with strong potential biotechnology marine higher plants.
