摘要: Many inflammatory mediators are involved in the process of carcinogenesis and cancer progression. In addition to cytokines chemokines, lipid have recently attracted attention as signaling molecules associated with diseases. Sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) is a pleiotropic mediator that regulates cell survival migration, immune recruitment, angiogenesis lymphangiogenesis. S1P also plays significant role inflammation cancer. The gradation concentration blood, lymph tissue lymphocyte trafficking, an important component inflammation. Furthermore, cells produce elevated levels S1P, contributing tumor microenvironment linking Future technological advances may reveal greater detail about mechanisms regulation contribution Considering critical cancer, it possible pathway could be novel therapeutic target for cancers chronic
