摘要: Recent advances in the study of muscle physiology was made possible by application novel experimental techniques including vitro motility assay, molecular biology, and X-ray crystallography. A similar approach successfully applied studying properties cardiac actin-myosin interaction. Implication clinical cardiology is also reviewed.
