摘要: Stem cell transplantation is a promising strategy for brain tissue regeneration; yet, despite some success, survival following remains low. In this study, we demonstrate that viability enhanced by control over maturation of neuronal precursor cells, which are delivered in an injectable blend hyaluronan and methylcellulose. We selected three subpopulations human cells derived from cortically specified neuroepithelial stem (cNESC) population based on differences expression multipotent neuron-specific proteins: early-, mid-, late-differentiated neurons. These were transplanted into endothelin-1 stroke-injured rat their fate investigated 1 week later. Significantly, more found the after transplanting early- or mid- differentiated cNESCs compared to population. The mid-differentiated also had significantly β-III tubulin-positive than either populations. results suggest maturity has significant impact with intermediate differentiate
