摘要: ABSTRACT β-Glucuronidase (β-Glu) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were evaluated in serum urine 50 subjects classified into five equal groups. Group I was control healthy subjects, while groups II, III, IV, V patients with nephritic syndrome, pyelonephritis, kidney rejection, end-stage renal disease, respectively. Urinary β-Glu significantly elevated all four groups; enzyme showed no change. On the other hand, ALP a significant elevation abnormal Accordingly, urinary could be used as diagnostic markers for various diseases.
