摘要: The normal growth and development of multicellular organisms requires precise spatial temporal regulation gene expression. For a subset genes, steroid nuclear hormone receptors act to modulate transcription by binding hormone-responsive elements (HREs), usually present within the 5’-flanking region gene. Within eukaryotic nucleus these regulatory DNA are associated with histone nonhistone proteins form chromatin.
