摘要: Heparin was administered to 34 normal subjects by intravenous injection (100 mu/kg) and the template bleeding time significantly increased both 10 min 120 following injection. Before heparin 5-3 +/- 1.0 (mean 1 SD); after it 9.8 5.6 (P less than 0.001); 7.2 3.9 0.001). Increases in were unrelated changes platelet count, independent of heparin's effect on plasma coagulation. In blood drawn injection, there [14C]5-HT released from platelet-rich (PRP) response collagen, 0.41 mM epinephrine 8 micron ADP, although vitro addition (0.1 mu/ml, 0.5 mu/ml 2.5 mu/ml) baseline PRP three did not depress release. Our experiments suggest that administration a therapeutic dose can cause significant reversible inpairment haemostatic properties, possibly an indirect mechanism.
