摘要: Male offspring of Sprague-Dawley dams were injected with 25 micrograms ACTH4-10 or the vehicle on days 2 through 7 postpartum. Peptide treated animals exhibited a marked motor response to peptide injection. Adrenal weights these consistently heavier than littermate controls in both developing and adult animals. neonates significantly poorer learning performance shuttle box slower acquire reversal problem visual discrimination task under light shock levels. In addition, also an exaggerated startle stronger thigmotaxis open field controls. These results indicate that exposing nervous system relatively high levels can produce long-term effects behavior.
