摘要: A novel approach for proactive spatial information delivery is put forward. From the point of view decision-making theory, process can be seen as decision making and implementation. Note that classic TOPSIS method in Multi-Attribute Decision-Making theory reveals two problems when applying one difficulty achieving ideal solution, other getting utility degree. To solve problems, solution gotten through user profiles, degree obtained measurement feature distances. So based on improved proposed. The consists following steps: data source collecting; profile constructing; delivery. Firstly, original are collected by system, useful refined; Secondly, profiles constructed basis refined information; Thirdly, degrees users pairs achieved which to disseminated corresponding users. After subsequent implementation, consequently available.
