摘要: Abstract Decision makers in the manufacturing sector frequently face problem of assessing alternative processes and selecting one based on a set attributes. Process attributes with direct cost implication are not always explicitly identified their indirect benefits generally well quantified. This is case study selection process company that produces semiconductors. Regression analysis was used to identify significant rank alternatives. A distance-based multiple attribute decision making method adopted determine preference ranking respect operational benefits. Then, two results were combined manner reflect subjective views involved make final selection. Managers technical staff who would be affected by choice understood models dedicated participants analysis.
