摘要: Thanks to impressive technology advancements, pervasive expression of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) has been recently identified in the genome numerous cancers. Long ncRNAs (lncRNAs) belong a new class including tens thousands different species. A fraction these molecules shows striking cancer-enriched pattern, suggesting an essential role tumor cells and, possibly, utility therapeutic terms. This review aims at summarizing current knowledge for identification and validation lncRNAs as therapeutics targets tumors. Both in-silico wet-biology resources are presented relation many challenges that scientific community still needs address terms lncRNA identification, stratification, patient personalization, drug delivery toxicity.
