摘要: Climate change and the continuing changes that accompany it require society its broader institutions to evolve continuously. Today’s continual atmospheric damage requires a commitment ecological considerations show consistent meaningful carbon reductions. The success of global mitigation depends entirely on capabilities individual governing bodies agreeing delivering upon their climate ambitions.
