摘要: Climate change and the continuing changes that accompany it require society its broader institutions to evolve continuously. Today’s continual atmospheric damage requires a commitment ecological considerations show consistent meaningful carbon reductions. The success of global mitigation depends entirely on capabilities individual governing bodies agreeing delivering upon their climate ambitions. However, impactful progress emissions is considerable challenge. Although there has been significant research as what goals should encompass, policy path resulting incremental needed achieve them additional scholarly attention. This thesis analyses role they adapt support societies addressing change. Adopting historical institutional approach provides pathway for understanding coordination information, individuals, adjustments, in process.
