摘要: This book contains 46 chapters, divided into 4 sections : A) 12 chapters on conifers, B) 14 fruits, C) angiosperms, and D) 6 histology, bioencapsulation, protoplasts, cryopreservation, double staining thin cell layer sectioning. The provides stepwise protocols for somatic embryogenesis of a range selected woody plants in order to assist researchers initiate embryogenic cultures without too much alteration protocols. Each chapter information initiation maintenance ; embryo development, maturation, germination acclimatization field transfer seedlings. Some include applications cultures, e.g. encapsulation, genetic transformation, fidelity with molecular markers, bioreactor.
