摘要: The classic signs and symptoms of rhabdomyolysis are non-specific not present in all cases, mild cases might go unrecognized. We a case recognized 68-year-old man after elevation liver enzymes following prolonged urologic surgery. patient's postoperative course was concerned with elevated serum aspartate aminotransferase alanine without any clinical manifestations on the first day. After examining creatine kinase myoglobin levels, patient diagnosed rhabdomyolysis. 16 days, he discharged fully recovered kinase. suggest that sufficient perioperative attentions should be given to patients at higher risk
