摘要: Objective There are few reports of Trousseau syndrome with cerebral infarction as the initial manifestation before discovery tumor, which is often missed and misdiagnosed, there no unified therapy. To explore clinical features and, among those features, risk factors for manifestation. Methods This was a retrospective study 416 consecutive patients malignant tumor admitted at The First Affiliated Hospital Xinxiang Medical University between January 2015 December 2017. were grouped as: (1) manifestation; (2) A multivariable logistic regression analysis used to analyze relationship (age, sex, characteristics infarction, tumors, treatments, depression, coagulopathy, National Institute Health stroke scale score, platelet count, red cell hemoglobin, atherosclerosis, coagulation parameters) hypercoagulable state. Results total met criteria included: 212 (51.0%) in group 204 (49.0%) showed that metastatic cancer (odds ratio=2.517; 95% confidence interval, 1.193-5.311; P=0.015) depressive state ratio=3.158; 1.522-6.551; P=0.002) independently associated main Conclusions difference status 2 groups.
