摘要: A low noise amplifier (LNA) with combined input matching, balun, and/or transmit/receive (T /K) switch is described. In one exemplary design, an apparatus includes a coupled inductor and LNA. The receives single-ended signal, performs to differential conversion, provides signal. LNA amplifies the signal output magnetically first second coils. coil impedance matching when enabled. resonator circuit formed high disabled. tuning capacitor amplitude imbalance for transmit between transmitter.
