摘要: From the integrated intensities of Bragg reflections measured at room temperature with an x-ray powder diffractometer, mean Debye-Waller factorB, average r.m.s. amplitude vibration (ū2)1/2 and Debye temperatureθ, have been determined for six crystals CsCl structure.
