摘要: High atomic number material, such as gold, may be used in conjunction with radiation to provide dose enhancement tumors. In the current study, we investigated dose-enhancing effect and apoptotic potential of gold nanoparticles combination single-dose clinical electron beams on B16F10 melanoma tumor-bearing mice. We revealed that accumulation was detected inside culture cells after 18 h incubation, moreover, were shown colocalized endoplasmic reticulum Golgi apparatus cells. Furthermore, radiosensitized colony formation assay (P = 0.02). Using a mouse model, further demonstrated ionizing significantly retarded tumor growth prolonged survival compared alone controls (P < 0.05). Importantly, an increase signals tumors combined treatment group Knowing radiation-induced apoptosis has been considered determinant responses therapy, length regrowth delay correlated extent radiotherapy, these results suggest improving outcome radiotherapy.
