摘要: Guangdong Province is recognized for dense populations of humans, pigs, poultry and pets. In order to evaluate the threat viral infection faced by those working with animals, a cross-sectional, sero-epidemiological study was conducted in between December 2013 January 2014. Individuals swine, at farms, or live markets (LPM), veterinarians, controls not exposed animals were enrolled this 11 (4 human, 3 avian, 1 canine) influenza A viruses used hemagglutination inhibition (HI) assays (7 strains) cross-reactivity test (9 which 5 strains both tests. Univariate analysis performed identify variables significantly associated seropositivity. Odds ratios (OR) revealed that swine workers had higher risk elevated antibodies against A/swine/Guangdong/L6/2009(H1N1), classical virus, A/swine/Guangdong/SS1/2012(H1N1), Eurasian avian-like virus than non-exposed controls. Poultry farm avian H7N9 H9N2. LPM subtypes influenza, H5N1, H7N9, Interestingly, OR also indicated H1N1 infection, perhaps due presence pigs LPM. While partial confounding cross-reactive human vaccines cannot be ruled out, our data suggests animal people as are more likely have viruses.
