摘要: Matrix orientation plays a crucial role in determining the severity of scar tissue after dermal wounding. We present model framework which allows us to examine interaction many factors involved and alignment. Within this framework, cells are considered as discrete objects, while matrix is modelled continuum. Using numerical simulations, we investigate effect on alignment changing cell properties varying interactions with collagen fibrin.
