摘要: Abstract miR-210 is upregulated in a HIF-1α-dependent way several types of cancers. In addition, promotes cancer proliferation, via its anti-apoptotic effects. It blind to the regulation under hypoxia conditions for ovarian cells and effect on growth. present study, we determined expression epithelial specimens, cell lines conditions, detail overexpression tumor possible mechanisms growth by regulation. was shown that upregulated, response specimens as well as lines, with an association HIF-1α overexpression. Furthermore, promoted in vitro targeting PTPN1 inhibiting apoptosis. Therefore, our findings shed light mechanism adaptation hypoxia.
