摘要: Moderate exercise training may not be sufficient to exert beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system because of long-term multifactorial etiology diabetic complications. The addition a proper pharmacological tool physical should improve outcomes damage. Here it is shown that 8 weeks type 1 Sprague-Dawley rats resulted in significantly increased heart rate, 14% increase left ventricular ejection fraction plasma insulin levels and 13% decrease glucose with respect sedentary animals. also 22% reduction cardiac QT interval from value 185±19 milliseconds. Treatment trained new antioxidant NO-releasing aldose reductase 2 inhibitor 5(6)-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-ylmethoxy) benzofuroxane BF-5m, 20 mg/kg/day, added further significant (P < 0.01 vs sedentary) up 38% at week time point. long recorded was reduced 12% by treatment mg/kg/day BF-5m. At this time, association two treatments improved expression into tissue sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ ATPase (SERCA2) manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD), fibrosis.
