摘要: We have carried out the X-ray photoemission study of dodecanethiolate-(DT-) passivated Ag nanoparticles supported on highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) substrates. From detailed line-shape analyses 3 d core-level spectra DT-passivated nanoparticles, it is found that consist two components. attribute these components to inner atoms and surface bonded dodecanethiolates. Furthermore, we investigated nanoparticle-diameter-dependent valence-band spectra. results, discuss electronic properties nanoparticles.
