摘要: Objective To present a modified VQZ-plasty technique to create catheterizable stoma appearing as normal-looking neoumbilicus that may be used in selected bladder exstrophy (BE) patients. Methods A conduit is created according the Mitrofanoff principle. An asymmetric V flap, with base at level upper margin of neoumbilicus, and incorporated into spatulated appendix. Then Q flap developed parallel shorter rotated, anastomosed edge appendix free on contralateral side. The skin gap filled by rotational overlying emerging site. Results date has been 2 BE After follow-up 10 6 months, respectively, both have good cosmetic functional results, an easily stoma. Conclusions described allows for creation nearly ideal looks like normal patients yet without umbilicus requiring placement conduit.
