摘要: The present invention provides a low cost, less toxic, anti-cancer immunotherapy which enhances the host's immune system ability to destroy or contain cancers, and also diagnostic test for cancer. Specifically, monoclonal antibodies specific for, that is, specifically bind, oncofetal protein (OFP), cancer cell product. Tumors treated with single dose of against OFP are markedly reduced in size, leukemic populations cells does significantly decreased number. Since do not bind tumor cells, antibody treatment overcomes disadvantages associated targeting. Monoclonal offer simple inexpensive agent use as primary adjuvant therapy wide variety cancers tumors humans other animals. employed detect animal, including human patients.
