摘要: The invention provides compositions, kits and methods utilizing polypeptides having a viral alpha-helix heptad repeat domain in stabilized α-helical structure (herein also referred to as SAH). compositions are useful for treating and/or preventing infections. is based, at least part, on the result provided herein demonstrating that hydrocarbon stapled alpha helical peptides display excellent proteolytic, acid, thermal stability, restore native alpha- of peptide, highly effective interfering with fusogenic process, possess superior pharmacokinetic properties compared corresponding unmodified peptides.
