摘要: 1 The acute and chronic (8 weeks) haemodynamic responses to oral flosequinan have been investigated in 12 male patients of mean age 58.9 years with congestive heart failure N.Y.H.A. classes II III. 2 Flosequinan 125 mg orally significantly reduced right atrial pressure, pulmonary artery pressure wedge prior following 8 weeks treatment (125 daily). A significant decrease systemic an increase rate were also observed treatment. reduction vascular resistance cardiac index reached significance response therapy. 3 In the erect position, tended reduce resistance, without decreasing arterial pressure. 4 Following treatment, there was a trend towards index, otherwise resting exercise haemodynamics unchanged. 5 similar at week after for all parameters. 6 increased bicycle times attenuated exercise-induced increases pressures. There treadmill time. 7 Sublingual glyceryl trinitrate (0.5 mg) had effects on pressures min h respectively post-dosing. small additive effect observed.
