摘要: 1. Despite demonstrable benefits in terms of symptomatic relief and improvement prognosis, even the best treatments heart failure currently available fall short being ideal. We review basis for newer approaches to treatment discuss some agents which capitalize on current understanding underlying patho-physiology. 2. Several drugs, old new, are presently investigated by major clinical trials. also consider difficulties related design conduct such trials suggest how drugs might be better assessed future.
