摘要: Traditional methods for identifying food-borne pathogens are time-consuming and laborious, so it is necessary to develop innovative the rapid identification of pathogens. Here, we report development silicon-based optical thin-film biosensor chips sensitive detection 11 Briefly, aldehyde-labeled probes were arrayed covalently attached a hydrazine-derivatized chip surface, then, biotinylated polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplicons hybridized with probes. After washing brief incubation an antibiotin immunoglobulin G–horseradish peroxidase conjugate precipitable horseradish substrate, chains bound visualized as color change on surface (gold blue/purple). Highly accurate examination PCR fragment targets can be completed within 30 min. This assay extremely robust, sensitive, specific, economical adapted different throughputs. Thus, rapid, reliable technique detecting was successfully developed.
