摘要: This paper is a continuation of the work started in [1] and aimed at incorporating model power system load with generation developed previously. Combination this permits computation availability, frequency occurrence, mean duration reserve, or margin states. The results are illustrated by simple numerical example begun Part I. most widely applied previously techniques for assessing reliability, loss-of-load loss-of-capacity methods, assume fixed outage intervals. present model, on other hand, uses an exponential distribution durations. reserve states using distributions contain data giving both availability each state expected recurrence. Previous methods yield only states, else generating capacity not considering load. method presented may be extended t o consider calculation operating reliability inclusion effects transmission system.
