摘要: Abstract An anaerobic reactor packed with a pair of Fe-graphite plate electrodes (supplied 1.2 V) was developed to enhance azo dye wastewater treatment. The results showed that decolorization and COD removal the in this hybrid (R1) reached 83.4% 84.7% at concentration 1200 mg/L, respectively. These values were significantly higher than sum same single (R2) electrode (R3). Salinity enhanced performance R1 certain extent, but weakened R2. After long period operation, still performed better control, even when voltage supplied off. Taken together, these indicate there coupling effect between reaction biodegradation. 16S rDNA analysis revealed microorganisms richer more diverse. This increased richness diversity partially related Fe2+ leaching induced by electrochemical production extracellular polymeric substances, which benefited microbial growth function.
