摘要: In this paper, an efficient and cost-effective method to prepare cathodes for microbial fuel cells (MFCs) was developed. Fe(CO)(5) decomposed Fe deposited on graphite felts cathodic preparation. The unmodified, Pt modified were utilized as in MFCs power generation compared. maximum density of with respectively 288, 866 925 mW/m(3). internal resistance 505, 384 278 Omega. results multiple analyses confirmed that cathode Fe2O3 FeOOH Fe(III) oxides catalysts improved the electrochemical activity promoted generation. greatest advantage new preparation replacing manual brushing Nafion solution decreasing cost.
