摘要: This paper presents the implementation of a model for expression array annotation (EAA) using BioMediator biological data integration system along with BioConductor, an analytic tools platform. The presented addresses need sources identified during BioConductor’s development. Annotation provides us well-curated genomic background knowledge analysis and interpretation. requests are constructed posted to query interface EAA package (the implemented as component BioConductor). software enumerates all possible paths queries. These then transformed PQL queries processed by BioMediator. entities returned from answer request.
