摘要: Abstract A central composite factorial design was used to examine the influence of independent variables ethanol pulping wheat straw (viz. processing temperature and time, concentration) on yield Shopper–Riegler index resulting pulp, various physical properties paper sheets breaking length, stretch, burst index, tear brightness) obtained from it. By using BMDP software suite, equations that relate each dependent variable different were obtained, these reproduce experimental results for yield, brightness with errors less than 10%, all other within 25%, over (140–180 °C), time (60–120 min) concentration (40–80%) ranges allowing production pulps spanning a broad range yields (from 37–79%). Ensuring optimal length (3550 m), stretch (1.42%), (1.62 kN/g) (4.77 mNm 2 /g) entails high medium-to-low values; conditions decrease below their optimum levels (78.91 30.50%, respectively). However, temperature, in combination low short can be save solvent operations recovery recycling increase production. The values thus differ by 22% predicted worst case.
