摘要: Abstract A central composite design was used to investigate the influence of cooking conditions (time, temperature and formaldehyde concentration) for wheat straw with formaldehyde–water mixtures on properties pulp obtained (yield holocellulose, α-cellulose, lignin ethanol–benzene extractives contents) pH resulting wastewater. second-order polynomial model consisting three independent process variables found accurately describe organosolv pulping straw. The equations derived predicted yield, contents pulp, wastewater multiple- R , 2 adjusted- Snedecor F values 0.99, 0.99 321.33; 0.98, 0.95, 0.92 35.01; 0.92, 0.86, 0.78 10.68; 0.97, 0.96 68.19; 0.91, 0.83, 0.80 29.68; 0.93 46.10, respectively. While ensuring a high holocellulose content low ethanol–benzene-extractive entails using levels involved, compromise can be made in order achieve both previous objectives α-cellulose provided long time, concentration are – alternatively, equally effective save energy. alcohol/benzene extractive more sensitive changes time than they modifications concentration.
