摘要: Salix spp. honeydew honey volatiles were analyzed for the first time by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and ultrasonic solvent extraction (USE) followed gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC, GC-MS). The use of HS-SPME USE had advantageous results over one single technique, as it provided different complementary chromatographic profiles a comprehensive screening volatile composition. with functionality, molecular weight, polarity extracted identified. High percentages benzoic acid, phenylacetic 2-hydroxybenzoic 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid minor 4-methoxybenzoic 4-hydroxyphenylethanol, 4-hydroxybenzoic from extracts can be emphasized biomarkers this that probably originated spp., well methyl salicylate identified only HS-SPME. application heat treatment at 80 °C 2 h did not change significantly composition honeydew.
