摘要: Abstract In this work, a metal-organic framework material MIL-101(Cr) was prepared and used as the sorbent for laboratory-made semi-automated microextraction in packed syringe (MEPS). Six triazine herbicides, including desmetryn, prometon, ametryn, prometryn, atraton, dipropetryn, that are commonly found corn samples, were extracted determined by MEPS method high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Key parameters affecting extraction efficiencies, type of solvent, amount sorbent, time ultrasonic adsorption, type, volume flow rate elution investigated. The limits detection (LODs, S/N = 3) quantification (LOQs, S/N = 10) all analytes obtained proposed ranges 0.01–0.12 ng g−1 0.04–0.35 ng g−1, respectively, which far lower than reported methods. findings indicated easy efficient herbicides samples.
