A clinical and radiographic study of 104 cases with cementoma

摘要: A study was made of a series 104 cases with cementoma. This investigation cementoma revealed the following features: 1. In 73% periapical cemental dysplasia and benign cementoblastoma, 80% cementifying fibroma occurred in female. 2. 40 % fifth decades, 73 cementoblastoma during second third while there no age predilection fibroma. 3. 63 mandibular anterior region. 91 80 premolar and/or molar region. 4. There were complaining associated clinical signs subjective symptoms dysplasia, however patients complained pain 36 40 fibroma. 5. There expanding cortical plates all 5 showed expansion plates. 6. Several radiographic features shown as follows: a. 29 had multiple lesions. b. 53 mature stage. c. During osteolytic stage, alveolar lamina dura lost 89 cases.
