摘要: This paper deals mainly with the conidium ontogenesis and phylogenesis of black yeasts such as E. jeanselmei, gougerotii, dermatitidis spinifera. The gougerotii was almost same. One to five annellated tips were observed through a scanning microscope at apices conidiogenous cells, which bottle- or jar-shaped. Annellations on looked like fringes cells these three species annellides. Annellated projections occurred hyphae annelloconidia also produced from them. Occasionally, secondary annellides primary ones. They moniliform hyphae. Daughter conidia sometimes budded directly mother cells. shapes sizes very similar each other. spinifera annellidic well. However, single tip usually an annellide. fungus long more than 20 annellations their walls. conidiogenesis four Exophiala is only annellidic. There no differences in biological examinations except KNO3 assimilation among species. growth jeanselmei poor 37 degrees C. GC contents 1171, B-1800, MM-7 DU-3342 54.6, 56.6 59.7%, respectively.
