摘要: The effect of the presence sphingolipid ceramide (CER) on properties vsicles dioleoxylphosphatidylcholine (DOPC) has been investigated by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) doxyl stearic acid (DXSA) with oxazolidinyl ring in different positions alkyl chain. CER acted as a condensing agent at temperature near gel-liquid crystal phase transition (T c ), whereas it fluidizer T well above . This occurred double-layer region from water-lipid interface down to double-bond system oleoyl residues DOPC. Spreading isotherms DOPC and DOPC/CER mixtures ∼ confirmed ESR results.
