摘要: Objectives: Application of vitamin K to the skin has been used for suppression pigmentation and resolution bruising. However, in rats, no study was reported on its effect regarding wound healing. Thus, present designed examine healing effects creams prepared from 1 full-thickness rats. Materials Methods: For inducing excisional model used. Five groups consisting 8 rats each were Vitamin cream (1% 2%, w/w) eucerin base applied once a day until complete had occurred. Healing defined by decreased margin (wound contraction), re-epithelialization, tensile strength hydroxyproline content. Histopathological examination also done. Results: The produced topical showed significant (P Conclusions: Topical demonstrates potential model.
