摘要: Background: Perinatal depression and anxiety are common debilitating conditions. Novel, cost effective services could improve the uptake impact of mental health resources among women who suffer from these E-mental products one example such services. Many publically available e-mental exist, but lack validation not designed to be integrated into existing care settings. Objective: The objective study was present a program use 7 Cups Tea (7Cups), an technological platform that provides online peer (ie, listener) based emotional support, supplement treatment for experiencing perinatal or summarize patient’s feedback on resultant program. Methods: This consisted two stages. First, five clinicians specializing in mood disorders received overview 7Cups. They provided 7Cups ways it complement efforts inform further adjustments.
