摘要: Background: Perinatal depression and anxiety are common debilitating conditions. Novel, cost effective services could improve the uptake impact of mental health resources among women who suffer from these E-mental products one example such services. Many publically available e-mental exist, but lack validation not designed to be integrated into existing care settings. Objective: The objective study was present a program use 7 Cups Tea (7Cups), an technological platform that provides online peer (ie, listener) based emotional support, supplement treatment for experiencing perinatal or summarize patient’s feedback on resultant program. Methods: This consisted two stages. First, five clinicians specializing in mood disorders received overview 7Cups. They provided 7Cups ways it complement efforts inform further adjustments. In second stage, nine with used single session feedback. Results: response clinicians’ feedback, guidelines referring patients as were created, training listeners developed.
