摘要: Abstract Objective To explore the mechanism by which nonylphenol (NP) interferes with male infertility through evaluation of its effects on epididymal sperm adult rats. Methods Twenty four Sprague–Dawley (SD) rats were used as donors. Previously administrated NP (0, 2, 10 and 50 mg/kg) body weight respectively in corn oil every forty-eight hours intraperitoneal injection for 30 days. Computer assisted analysis (CASA) was to determine parameters sperm. The morphology examination conducted a high resolution microscope. Results indicated that exposure has no effect weight, while testes weights significantly decreased. showed significant decline percentage motile spermatozoa ( P γ -GT activity H 2 O production malondialdehyde (MDA) increased. Plasma CAT, GSH-Px SOD activities Conclusions This concludes leads oxidative stress Moreover, can disrupt motility alterations morphology.
