摘要: The aim of the present study was to evaluate both estrogenic effects in directly NP-exposed sexually mature rainbow trout and possible transgenerational offspring exposed fish. Four months prior spawning, adult sexes were intermittently NP concentrations 1 10 μg/l. At end exposure period, which coincided with beginning spawning time, vitellogenin levels plasma male showed a significant increase compared control group. After μg NP/l reproduction impaired as indicated by significantly reduced hatching rates. Histological examination testicular tissue individuals revealed no morphological differences from controls. In offspring, not affected, whereas females they higher than progeny. histological alteration sex ratios. single cases, intersex occurred female analysis steroid two-fold estradiol 13-fold elevation testosterone findings indicate that NP, an environmentally relevant concentration range, acts weak estrogen elevated levels. Reproduction success decreased Hormonal imbalances detected fish effect mediated endocrine system.
