摘要: Bone is a dense, semi rigid, porous, calcified connective tissue forming the major portion of skeleton most vertebrates. It consists dense organic matrix and an inorganic mineral component. remodelling complex process by which old bone continuously replaced new tissue, requires interaction between different cell phenotypes regulated variety biochemical mechanical factors. In homeostatic equilibrium, resorption formation are balanced so that it adapts to load strain. Several local systematic factors cause disturbances in deposition leads abnormal or defective development commonly termed as osteodystrophy - A ossification usually associated with disturbed calcium phosphorus metabolism. The better understanding molecular cellular biology pathogenic mechanism aids define abnormalities osteoblastic osteoclastic lineages develop therapeutic approaches.
